Construction Chief Financial Officer to become President- Baltimore, MD

A large diversified construction firm seeks a construction CFO who will also function as COO (chief operations officer) to oversee all financial and accounting, as well as the several business unit heads for the firm. The firm consists of several businesses within construction (general construction, specialty construction, real estate development, etc.) with a centralized financial department. The role is designed to be the number two role for the overall parent company. This role will also have the potential to become the president. We seek a CFO (chief financial officer) with a strong financial background who has excellent people and leadership skills who can oversee the top executives of the various business units and someone who aspires to become president. Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in construction finance or accounting, stable job history with a general contractor, specialty contractor or construction manager or design-build firm.
